A: "The Perfect Amount" is a perfect answer LOL.

Back in Rich's days it had about 350-500mg per serving, not sure how much it has now.  Just do one scoop.

**Q: Why does the lable not have all ingriedents**
A: The label has all of the ingredients listed that are in the product. This is the International version so the ingredients are different.

**Q: Can you use this to also lose weight?**
A: Pre workout is intended to give you an extra boost of energy for your workout. More sweat, more intensity, etc. While it is not recommended for cardio purposes, a lot of people have said that the thermogenic effect helps them work out longer and sweat more, resulting in some weight loss.

**Q: Does this contain sugar? And what is the difference from internal vs US?**
A: No sugar, they use sucralose as a sweetener. Internal? If you mean international I don't believe there is any difference.
