Woke up middle of night, didn't know where I was ( this never happens...I was in my room of the past 10+ years ) .. stumbled into my closet, didn't understand my closet or why someone would build such a dark small room with no exit through it.... This clay has changed my life. I am a 30-year-old woman who has had worsening fibromyalgia-type symptoms over the past five years (joint pain and stiffness, worse in the morning). I read about this clay about four months ago and tried it -- I could feel a big difference in less than a week! Now, I sleep like a baby, my aches and pains are all but gone and I feel like a teenager again! Try it!!Update: It's important to drink lots of water when taking this product. I had a period where I got busy and too-little-water + clay = constipation.
