Also, the worst part is the laptop is freezing. When I open just MS word it’s a paid app and with a little experience in computers. I just opened the back panel to see just a hunch why the apps are freezing every single time and look at the photos. Why. I think this would be the basic expectation in refurbishing. I hate how they managed it by keeping the skin. I would have left the air vents for a better photo guys at least open the device and clean. The dust keyboard is expected. It’s a used one so it might not be perfect but what about the air vents?
