They go well with prawns, mussels and squid. I usually make them up in the morning with a good portion of frozen seafood mix put them the microwave for a couple of minutes and then pour them into a food flask for my lunch at work. Tip start, for a home meal I make them up as above and put them in an insulated cool bag (keeps heat) I find they have a better texture if left for at least half an hour.
