If you use it once a week, it could take a few months. If you use it every day for about 20-30mins... you should start to see memory in about 2 weeks. IMO. My daughter uses this product, and was turned on by her hitting coach. There is a visual side to this... you don't hit the ball if you roll. The direction you hit is dependent on the mechanics. When you can notice the mechanics and the placement of the hit (response) you realize the mechanics are "spot on."
