Plyometrics are higher-risk exercises. Even the most careful, thoughtful exercisers have accidents at plyometrics. **Q: Can someone please post assembly instructions???** A: Found it quite easy (even if instructions were not included). I’d suggest the following steps: 1. Assemble the 20 inch and 30 inch panels first, leaving the large “yes4all panels for last. 2. Assemble the inner frame (3 pieces) making sure to align pre drilled holes. 3. Add larger panels and tighten all the screws. If needed you can use a rubber mallet to make sure all the pieces are snug. Tip: Avoid completely tightening the screws until the whole box is assembled. **Q: Is the weight it can hold still 450lbs?** A: I purchased it based on manufacturer weight guidelines. I use it for client that are about 350lbs. No jumping of course, lots of sitting, planks, and squats. Had no issues with box.
