This is the users fault though, I should've purchased the straps that hold them to your arm but I can still go ahead and get those if I want to. They are strong too! I am a thick lady and put a lot of weight on them and they hold up wonderfully! I even take them to the beach and use them in the sand and they make me able to walk through the sand where I never would have been able to before them! I have used them to wade into the ocean too and after being wet with salt water and rinsing them at the beach shower, they show absolutely no signs of wear or rust! If you need mobility help, these are awesome! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great support, tall people beware *by J***K on May 29, 2023* I love these crutches, very comfortable and easy to walk with. However, the units I got have an issue. Because I'm tall, I have to use them on the highest setting. Doing so creates a weak spot on the upper hole, in the middle of the crutch, since it doesn't get the support from the lower part of the crutch (this is my personal theory and not a fact). After 4 months of moderate use, one broke in half. On the one that didn't break you can see a crack that has formed over time, and seems like it was about to fail as well. I contacted support and they responded instantly. Concerned with the issue they refunded me immediately and are investigating. Giving 4 stars because I still love the crutches and support is awesome, just make sure to check for cracks around the holes every once in a while, especially when you are tall. After this happened I needed new crutches right away, and since these would take a week to arrive, I went for their daughter brand, pepe, that would arrive the next morning. They are exactly the same crutches, only the material seems slightly thicker making them feel slightly more sturdy, and colors are different.
