**Q: 2 questions: Where is this made?  Do the leaves rust?**
A: 1). USA 2). Of course they do, they are not stainless. Take care of them and they will last a lifetime.

**Q: There are several part numbers available on this listing. Do all of them have a metal blade lock knob?**
A: I don't know the answer to that. Normally when purchasing a set like this from Starrett, the blade lock knob is included. This is probably being sold by a third party. You would need to ask the seller. I'm sorry I can't help on this question.

**Q: Is this product made in China like most Starrett products are now?**
A: The one I bought is NOT made in China, it was made in the USA. It was a little pricey but worth it for the accuracy in my opinion.

**Q: Does this item come with a certificate of calibration?**
A: I don’t believe so.  Not really a product that can be calibrated. It’s a Starrett so I would imagine it to be better than the same type of thing from an auto parts store.
