If you want to try some tricks this isn't the right hoop you need a smaller lighter one, but very comfortable starter hoop for fun exercise. This Smooth Weighted Hula Hoop from Core Balance is a top solution. Because it’s weighted, it’s easier to spin, so you can work out for longer and burn calories at a faster rate. The hoop weighs 1kg with a diameter of 98cm (approx.). - TOP CHOICE FOR BEGINNERS: The hula hoop is an excellent choice for first-time hula hoopers whose muscles aren’t acclimatised to using a wavy hula hoop. Its smooth interior makes it more comfortable to use than a hoop with waves in the centre. Although it doesn’t provide as much grip, it delivers the same calorie burning and stomach toning benefits. - PERFECT WEIGHT FOR ALL SKILL LEVELS: Weight is a key factor when choosing a hula hoop. The heavier a hoop, the more uncomfortable it is to use. The lighter a hoop, the harder it is to spin. With a weight of 1kg, our hula hoop strikes a perfect balance. It’s not too light or too heavy, making it a top choice for beginner, intermediate, and advanced users alike. - WIPE CLEAN NBR FOAM PADDING: The hoop has a reinforced plastic core with foam padding for greater grip when spinning. If you drop the hoop while spinning, the padding will help to protect the bony joints of your hips, legs, and feet from injury. NBR foam is also non-absorbent and resistant to bacteria, making it easy to wipe clean and hygienic to use. - SIMPLE SIZE ADJUSTABLE DESIGN: The hoop comes in 8 parts which click-together for easy assembly. Push-buttons allow you to easily dismantle the hoop, so you can store it away and take it on your travels. You can also adjust its size by assembling it with fewer sections. It has a diameter of 75cm (approx.) with 6 sections and 87cm (approx.) with 7 sections. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B08JZ6NTJW | | Age Range Description | Adult | | Age range (description) | Adult | | Best Sellers Rank | 7,980 in Sports & Outdoors ( See Top 100 in Sports & Outdoors ) 11 in Fitness Hula Hoops | | Brand | Core Balance | | Brand Name | Core Balance | | Colour | Smooth - Purple | | Country Of Origin | China | | Customer Reviews | 4.1 out of 5 stars 263 Reviews | | Item Dimensions L x W | 98L x 98W centimetres | | Item Weight | 1.04 Kilograms | | Item weight | 1.04 Kilograms | | Manufacturer | Core Balance | | Manufacturer Part Number | 5031470244569 | | Material | Foam | | Material Type | Foam | | Model Number | 608435-EU | | Product dimensions | 98L x 98W centimetres | | Size | One Size | | Unit Count | 1.0 count | ## Product Details - **Age range (description):** Adult - **Brand:** Core Balance - **Colour:** Smooth - Purple - **Material:** Foam - **Product dimensions:** 98L x 98W centimetres ## Images ![Weighted Hula Hoop For Adult Fitness Foam Padded Size Adjustable 1kg (Smooth or Wavy) - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61M3SWg-mFL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Color** options. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Brilliant starter hoop *by D***T on 11 June 2024* Really great starter hoop, fun & easy to get started because of weight.
