I really love this adapter and the extra piece that comes with it that's also compatible with my hand vac. I love how there's a guide to help you make sure you have the right adapter and correct tip. I love how the adapter gives my hand vac a full charge without issues. My only issues is that I can't use the base to charge my hand vac cause the tip of the adapter is straight and not flat and when I use the extra attachment, the tip isn't long enough so it doesn't charge the vac in the base. My base and vac are compatible with the adapter but the base is now reduced to being a vac holder when not being charged all because the tip isn't flat. Other than that I recommend this adapter to those who have the compatible hand vac 😊.

Great replacement
One of my felines loves to chew wires, chewed my charging dock. This replacement did the job quick and easy! By the way, it is now stored in a drawer!

Works well with a little bit of fine tuning
Other reviewers state that it doesn't allow charging using the adapter in the stand. The actual OEM plug measure 13 mm(tip length); new plug 12 mm. Overall difference with the plastic is 2 mm difference. I put a piece of cardboard behind the plug when I screwed the back on and it does charge in the housing now.

Works, but with a big disappointment
It works to charge my handheld vacuum, but the metal adapter part isnt long enough to charge it while plugged into the stand like it shows in the pictures. I have to charge it while it rests on the floor and use the stand when it doesn't need charging. It's annoying.

It works and is correct voltage.
It works. You must have a charger of the correct voltage and amperage as the vacuum calls for.
