We also found that some of the screws in step 11 just DO NOT FIT. So we left them out - it was only for attaching plastic cover pieces on the underside of the handle, so they were stable enough without a couple screws. **Q: can i get someone to assemble this?** A: Assembly is available at checkout. I had someone assembly it and also paid to have them place it in the room where it was to be assembled. Both were well worth the additional cost. **Q: Does this actually take 1-2 months to ship? I want to take advantage of the deal price but that is a long time to wait!** A: Ordered ours 3/1/22 and it’s finally arriving tomorrow 3/22/22. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great buy *by A***A on July 23, 2022* We used the amazon assembly option and I highly reccomend that. Treadmill is perfect for what I was looking for,very sturdy, pretty quiet and has good range of speed and incline. The location of the fan at waist height is not ideal and if I put a water bottle on one of the shelves it rattles terribly, however, I saw those issues in other reviews and everything else about this treadmill makes up for it, especially at this price point. The decline is a big deal for me and to my surprise pretty rare. I like the ifit, but won't be using it past the free trial because it's just a little pricey. Also, the mat we ordered for it came after it was assembled, and I did not find it easy to maneuver so that we could get the mat under it, perhaps with a larger space that would be different, but for us it was definitley a struggle, so get the mat first😁 ### ⭐ Difficult to get problem resolved if you have one... *by M***I on November 15, 2022* We like the treadmill but after 1 day the elevation function stopped working. After a month of emails and calls, still not resolved. Serpentine belt appears out of alignment, rubbing against tread belt while the tread motor appears to have abraded wires on the elevating servo motor.
