It works perfect.First, the construction is very sturdy. The 43 lb. limit is based on how you mount it (don't want it to pull out of the wall) rather than on the material or design of the mount itself. I wanted better sound, so I installed a mini soundbar below the TV using standard soundbar mounting brackets that I attached to the lower lugs of the TV mount. Works perfect.The wide range for swivel and tilt is awesome. While watching from the hot tub I am well below the TV, but I can tilt it down so far that it presents a great viewing angle. The tradeoff for this extensive swivel/tilt range is that the TV has to sit out pretty far from the wall surface.Also important is that the stiffness of the swivel and tilt pivot joints is adjustable. If you place the TV on the bracket and it 'droops' (tilts forward), just increase the tension in the pivot joint and it will hold rock steady, but you'll still be able to tilt it down or up if you need to. Same for side-to-side swivel.Well made, easy to install and adjust, wide range of motion. If you want to frequently move a TV between two locations, I can't think of a better way to go.
