I usually buy raw organic unrefined honey from a natural grocery store and they definitely don't taste the same. This is denser and you can definitely taste the quality. If you have a serious stomach or any other internal problem, eat one TBspoon a day. If you want to stay healthy, eat one Teaspoon a day because it is strong and yummy! I started applying this on my face as a mask after cleansing and toning my face after the shower. I used it 3 days and kept it 30 mins each night. I didn't see much difference but when I started leaving it over night, I had amazing results. After I started using this honey as an overnight mask, I quit using the adapalene/differin retinoid. I have used it before on skin problems that wouldn’t heal and this time I purchased it because both of my golden retriever dogs got kennel cough from the dog park. I have been giving them I have teaspoon on a plastic spoon and put it on their tongue several times a day, and they have stopped coughing.
