**Q: I can't read organic nowhere.can anyone help? i actually bought it and having it already as i trust the brand,i'd be disappointed if this is not organ**
A: As far as I am aware these groats are not organic, but they are non-GMO. I have now bought 9 packs of these, we find them delicious for our raw breakfast oats which we grind fresh each morning. We live in Scotland & I bought this brand because the groats are from Scotland, most packs come from Europe, which would be ridiculous for me to buy with the air miles involved. These oats are delicious, though one pack was not great with many black and damaged groats, perhaps that was the last sweepings off a barn floor, otherwise these are great but not organic.

**Q: Can you eat these ‘raw’ with milk or water, or do you have to cook them first?**
A: Better raw

A: Definitely gluten-free

**Q: Do you have to wash them?**
A: They need to be soaked before consumption, so I just wash then like how you would wash rice and soak them overnight.
