I take these before going to bed and they work amazing. They give me the best nights sleep, and can always remember my dreams when i wake up. I took the full dose at first but found I could not sleep, so halved the dose and let it build up. Feel more energy and stamina now, and quite a few people have said how well I look. Very pleased with results and will continue to take.
