I like to keep an eye on my blood pressure, but my previous machine was overly complicated and a little awkward to use, which was a little frustrating, and probably wasn't helping my readings!This machine on the other hand is simplicity itself, the cuff fits a wide range of sizes and most importantly is specifically designed so that you can fit it snugly in place with one hand as it has a metal loop which you can pull against to take up the slack. (Many other machines have a cuff that you just curl around your arm, but as you try to take up the slack, it just rolls around your arm ).There is just one button to switch on the take the measurement, which is swift and accurate and finally as well as the REadout there is a "Red- Amber-Green" scale for a quick assessment of the result. I would say this would also be ideal for a senior relative to teat at home, as you cant really go wrong .Unlike other machines it does not store readings, or allow different profiles, personally I didn't want these features as I enter my data into an App.ProsCuff has a wide ranging size and is very easy to put on single handed, a must if you are measuring yourselfSimple one button operationClear uncluttered results display with Red-Amber- Green bar graph included.Small Size and Cuff folds away nicelyQuick measurementConsDoes not store measurementsCarry case is a bit flimsy, more of a bagNo option of a mains adaptor
