    A bit too expensive for plastic dishes...

Every diet portion dish I've seen, including this one, is over priced. At least this one is nice to look at, but is plastic and not microwave safe. I have to what diet principle the portion sizes are based upon, as it does not be be based on a high protein diet, but I could be wrong. Also, I'm finding that when you eat a sandwich, you have exceeded the carb limit. If you add cheese to the sandwich, you have exceeded the carb limit. If you add a teaspoon of mayo or mustard, there's no place for fat servings, including olive oil. It is a nice concept but you need a diet plan that goes along with these plates. Yes, there's instructions with the plates, but not enough information as to the type of diet. It does help you realize where you are going wrong. I thought I was very good about eating very little bad carbs, but soon found out that appears to be my downfall according to the portion sizes on this plate.

These plates are fabulous!  I am using them to help my children to begin to understand portion control.  I will be ordering another set!  They also wash great!
