I saw other so-called compatible AC adapters that had the voltage blurred out in the picture. This is a huge red flag as the seller obviously knows the adapter puts out to much voltage and is actively hiding that fact. I do not know what the voltage tolerance on this label printer is, but I would rather not stress out the components and cause premature failure just to save ten bucks on an adapter. Either buy this one or buy the official Brother adapter. Do not risk killing your label printer over a ten dollar savings.
