Review: Wow!! Better than expected! - Right out of the box, these are beautiful and have a great heft to them. Not flimsy at all. They fit glass lids I already own, so that’s a major plus. I like the riveted handles, they fit well in my hand. Between the two pieces, I can make almost anything. The smaller one will primarily be my breakfast pan. I’m very pleased. Order shipped faster than originally expected. Thank you! Will update in a few days, after I wash and use a few times. At a glance, they’re impressive! Update: I made eggs in the smaller skillet this morning. It heats up very nicely and my eggs released perfectly. These are beautiful pans, and a very nice quality.
Review: Great pans especially for the price point - Wanted to transition from non-stick pans. Bought this and have been super happy with it. I make sure to preheat the pan before using and do the water drop test (watched some youtube videos to learn this). Once the pan is properly heated, I'll cook with it. Sometimes I use oil, sometimes i don't (depends on what I am cooking). I haven't had any issues with sticking. Love these pans because of how well they work. A shame they don't come have lid options. They're not heavy at all, which is great for me since my wrists aren't very strong. Pans are easy to clean and I don't have an issue with staining that people mentioned, but I also use bar keeps friend every so often to keep it nice and shiny and they look amazing.

**Q: Is the lid included**
A: no

**Q: What does aluminum core pan bottom mean? Is the aluminum encapsulated in stainless steel, or is the aluminum exposed on the bottom of the pan?**
A: The bottom of this pan is steel. I tested it with a magnet. Therefore the aluminum part must be enclosed between the top of the stainless steel pan cooking surface and the steel bottom of the pan.
 I have become very fond of this pan, and in our family we use it constantly. I like the fact that I can even use steel wool to scrub of tough fried food scraps.

**Q: Can someone please measure the full diameter at the top including the lips of the 10” pan. I have lid 9,75”, need to make sure it will fit.**
A: OD is 10 3/4", ID is 10 3/8"

**Q: How many ply are the three pans ?**
A: Use spray,it’s easiest cleanup.

Good, cheap pans. Cook very evenly, clean easily. Minus one point as they are scratched already - but will still work for a decently long time.
