Definitely need it with the wind. ### ā­ā­ā­ā­ Sturdy spring, not so sturdy S shapped clasp *by R***S on May 4, 2020* This does the job, but the S shaped clasp that holds the chain to the door will bend in strong wind. I had to replace it with steel hose clamp as a good gust of wind would send the S shaped clasp into a L shape. This would cause the wind to violently take the door and slam it against the house. This is not good, and exactly what i bought this for to stop.
