I pulled the items out, read the instructions (which were simple) and set it up. I am only using this on our dryer as our washer is a top loading machine. I have a mat on top of our dryer to keep things from sliding and I was able to place this around it. The magnets are strong and hold really well.This is the perfect solution to the problem we were having. It stays in place and looks nice with the mat we have in the middle. Since placing this, I haven't had any issues with clothing falling behind the dryer.
