I appreciate that it can be worn for more than a day or two and still offer support. I like the continuous roll because I can cut the tapes to size without waste. If you are particularly tall or rather short, being able to cut to fit without wasting any tape is really helpful. I use this when occasional aches or strains remind me that I'm not in my 20's anymore. I've gotten advice from my chiropractor, as well as watched online videos to help with application techniques.
