These would make great shooting gloves or wearing on a day that's not too cold. These are light gloves so I'm not expecting heavy protection from needles or very sharp items. If you're LEO search and pat down with the knowledge that these gloves may not prevent cuts or pokes. But they are still better than no gloves at all. Overall they are great for what they are. Extremely comfortable and they fit to size. These would make great shooting gloves or wearing on a day that's not too cold. The palm or inside of the glove is now completely leather instead of more of a suede feel which definitely makes them more durable and longer lasting I would assume, but it's at the cost of just a little bit of dexterity. They are still very dexterous though. They've reinforced the palm, the bend of the thumb and a couple other places. This is my third pair of the 2.0 glove and pretty radical difference. I can't yet tell if I prefer them over the previous ones or not. Good quality though. Make sure you get the right size and they will feel awesome.
