What it tastes like? You have to add a little lemon and some other things of your liking. This broth is perfect and I hope it is not discontinued. I usually buy bone broth in shelf atable boxes from Costco but I always end up tossing them because I will use half the box and the the other half goes bad so this is great. I add a little lemon and tabasco sauce.
