Bring a large pot of water to a rolling boil, add one third of the noodles (the boil will temporarily slow), wait until it returns to a rolling boil, and repeat this twice. Since being diagnosed with celiac and taking steps to heal my gut, one of the things I've missed most (believe it or not) is ramen noodles. The portions look small, but they're made from brown rice so are more dense and filling so the portion ends up being perfect. I boil them with a cube of Herb-Ox gluten free bouillon and a small handful of organic freeze-dried vegetables and they're delicious! They're baked and not fried, which is also much healthier. My kids are even satisfied with them! They end up being more expensive, but at just over a dollar a serving I think it's a great trade-off for a healthier product.
