I gave these four stars so as not to create the impression that they do miracles, but used along with Cerave face cream I did see that my skin became smoother, a little tighter (enough for me to notice; I don't know about anyone else) and the creases around my mouth smoothed out but did not disappear. It does not reverse brown spots or other sun damage, but it does smooth and tighten.
