I have been taking this twice a day, once capsule at a time, for weeks. I'm on a strict keto/almost carnivore diet for health reasons and I've definitely noticed this giving me a boost for weight loss as well as energy.Note for vegans and vegetarians: this product says it's vegan/vegetarian, but porcine (pig) gelatine is listed in the ingredients.

I used to put mct oil on most of my foods but not everyone else would so I decided to go with capsules and this way you could swallow them or crunch them open and just swallow the oil - it works faster that way. The teens tell me that these aren't as palatable as the Dr. Boz tablets, but they still take them because they work. We all go to the bathroom easier and just feel better overall.
