Thank you for your question. Our highest priority is making the safest fragrances on the market.  In order to achieve this, we have found that we cannot use 100% natural fragrances.  We have evaluated numerous 100% natural fragrances, and they all have had hazardous classifications that we do not allow. Natural doesn’t necessarily mean safe.

Not all naturals are hazardous or bad, and we use the better naturals in our products.  We pair them with safe synthetics for a final fragrance that is safer for people, pets and the planet.

**Q: How often should you change the pod?**
A: Hello - our Plug Hub refills scent up to 45 days.

**Q: How many sq ft does it cover?**
A: I put one in my living room.  Wonderful for first few days after that, not so much.  Over all no more effective than much less expensive options.
