Review: Jockey Women's Shapewear Skimmies Ultralight Smoothing Seamfree No-Chafe is the best in category - The Women's Shapewear Skimmies Ultralight Smoothing Seamfree No-Chafe is designed to provide a comfortable and smoothing experience for women looking for light shapewear. Here's a detailed review based on various aspects: Key Features: Ultralight Fabric: The fabric is designed to be lightweight, making it comfortable for all-day wear. It allows for easy movement without feeling restrictive. Smoothing Effect: Provides a smoothing effect under clothes, giving a more streamlined appearance. Targets common problem areas such as the tummy, hips, and thighs. Seamfree Design: Seamfree construction ensures no visible lines under clothing. Offers a sleek and smooth silhouette. No-Chafe Technology: The no-chafe design is particularly beneficial for preventing skin irritation, especially during warmer months. Ideal for wearing under skirts and dresses to avoid thigh chafing. Breathable and Moisture-Wicking: The fabric is breathable and helps wick moisture away from the body, keeping you cool and dry. Comfort: Users often highlight the comfort level, stating that the fabric is soft and does not dig into the skin. Versatility: Suitable for various outfits, including dresses, skirts, and pants. Non-Bulky: The lightweight nature of the shapewear means it doesn't add bulk, making it ideal for summer wear. Durability: Holds up well after multiple washes without losing its shape or effectiveness. Light Control: As it is designed to be ultralight, the level of control might not be sufficient for those looking for firm shapewear. Size Variability: Some users report that the sizing can be inconsistent, so it might be helpful to try different sizes to find the best fit. TIA Review: These are amazing!! - These are amazing!!!! I bought them to deal with the summertime "chub rub" problem, and they are absolutely perfect. The fabric feels super silky and soft, so they're a dream to wear. They absolutely, 100% prevent any kind of chafing on the legs without being confining. I was really worried about the legs riding up because that's what's happened to me with every other similar kind of product I've tried. Wondrously, the legs stay put all day long even after lots and lots of walking. What's even more miraculous is that the legs stay put without being at all tight or cutting into the skin and creating a sausage link type of effect. The dark teal color (sorry, forgot what it's called on desertcart) that I got is really pretty. I guess I must have short femurs (I'm average height at around 5'4") because the regular/mid-thigh length reaches all the way down to the top of my knees. I ordered the regular/mid-thigh length out of fear that the short length would ride up, but now that I know that this product miraculously doesn't ride up, I sorta wish I had ordered the sorter length. The long length isn't much of a problem as none of my shirts/dresses are super duper short and I can hike up the legs without causing too many visible scrunches. I love that this product smoothes over my legs without being constraining like "shape wear". The waist opening isn't confining at all and doesn't cut into my belly in any way. Super comfy to wear all day. My only complaint is that they aren't terribly breathable (though the silky softness of the material makes up for that), they're a bit long (can be solved by ordering the short length), and the waist opening has a tendency to bunch and roll down a bit for me. None of these issues are anything that would prevent me from wholeheartedly recommending this product. They're worth the money. ## Features - Style 2109 - Full rise and full coverage - 6.25" inseam - Triangle back construction for increased range of motion ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B00827RPW4 | | ASIN | B015OFRRHO | | Age Range Description | Adult | | Apparel Fabric Stretch | Medium Stretch | | Apparel Fabric Weight Class | Lightweight | | Best Sellers Rank | #28,109 in Clothing, Shoes & Jewelry ( See Top 100 in Clothing, Shoes & Jewelry ) #64 in Women's Shapewear Control Panties | | Brand Name | Jockey | | Collection Name | All | | Color | Black | | Customer Reviews | 4.5 4.5 out of 5 stars (3,213) | | Date First Available | January 1, 2012 | | Department | womens | | Fabric Type | 85% Nylon, 12% Spandex, 3% Cotton | | Fit Type | Regular Fit | | Fit to Size Sentiment | Regular | | Garment Size Country | United States | | Global Trade Identification Number | 00037882006578 | | Import Designation | Imported | | Item model number | 2109-371-P | | Manufacturer | Jockey | | Manufacturer | Jockey Intimates Womens | | Manufacturer Part Number | 2109-001 | | Material Type | Nylon | | Number of Items | 1 | | Package Dimensions | 5 x 4 x 2 inches; 2 ounces | | Pattern | Solid | | Product Care Instructions | Machine Wash | | Size | Large | | Style Name | Skimmiesâ® Slipshort Light Boy Shorts | | Style Number | 2109-001 | | UPC | 037882006578 | | Unit Count | 1 Count | ## Images ![Women's Shapewear Skimmies Seamfree Ultralight Smoothing No-Chafe Slipshort - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71iTS+2kB6L.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Color, Size** options. ## Frequently Bought Together - Jockey Women's Shapewear Skimmies Seamfree Ultralight Smoothing No-Chafe Slipshort - Jockey Women's Shapewear Skimmies Seamfree Tummy Smoothing Mid-Waist Mid-Thigh Short --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.us/products/2394484-womens-shapewear-skimmies-seamfree-ultralight-smoothing-no-chafe-slipshort](https://www.desertcart.us/products/2394484-womens-shapewear-skimmies-seamfree-ultralight-smoothing-no-chafe-slipshort) --- *Product available on Desertcart United States of America* *Store origin: US* *Last updated: 2026-10-02*
