I unplugged the phone when it was at around 88% and have been using it nonstop for about 7 hours to sign in to all of my apps, take many personal and business calls (long ones), many texts as well as customizing my preferences; and it is STILL only at 36%! Calls are crisp, speed with everything is lightening fast, ringers and sounds are perfect and the phone on speaker and Duo/Meet for video calls are amazing. Creative and vibrant screen/colors make this an extra special gift to myself even better and more enjoyable. I am over the moon with this purchase and my teens can't believe I am now in the Cell Phone 21st Century! KUDOS TO THIS SELLER, WELL DONE!!

**Q: How do i know if these phones are cdma compatible?**
A: You don't know. I bought 2 of them from this link. One was one wasn't. I need to return the CDMA one back now. More specifically "Galaxy A71 5G with model SM-A716V" is CDMA/Verizon whereas "Galaxy A71 5G with model SM-A716U1" is GSM/ATT.
Some people say this model works with both. That is correct, this "MODEL" but not the same "PHONE".

I cannot express enough. Do not buy this junk product. After my phone broke , I bought this one since it was going to arrive a lot quicker than my Replacement phone. Figured at least I would have a cheap phone that would work for a while. Well, first off, it, plainly, states unlocked, it was not unlocked. It would not support my AT&T. And it messed up my SIM card, so I had to go in and get a new SIM card. Like a dummy, I thought I just missed something up and went and put the new SIM card in again to give it one more, try. Guess what it messed that up to! So here I sit with a piece of c*** phone that does not work is not unlocked, like it was supposed to be and has cost me nothing but a whole bunch of headache. I am extremely disappointed with this seller.
