MADHAVA Organic Coconut Sugar is sourced directly from two non GMO and organic co-ops in Central Java with farmers who share our values of doing good for people and the earth. Review: No sharp blood glucose spike when used in making brownies. Moderation is the best way to Use! - This is a very good coconut sugar. I made brownies and added this instead of sugar. The taste was amazing and surprisingly there was no spike in my blood sugar. The granules are in perfect size and do not clump. Definitely a very good alternative to sugar!

This coconut sugar is delicious. I know it has the same calories as refined white sugar, but it has a better flavor and I think it's better for me. I've been buying this brand for about 5 years now and don't like to buy any other. The price per pound is better than other brands and I like the convenience of the 3-pound bag.
