Review: Don't overpay for mouth tape! - Don't overpay for mouth tape! I started using this to keep myself from snoring (and my husband from divorcing me), and it's worked brilliantly! I've seen so much on social media lately about mouth taping, along with all these expensive mouth tapes they're promoting. Here's what I like about this as a first-time mouth-taper: - This tape comes with easy-tear perforations every half inch. I use 3-4 pieces every night (you may need more or less depending on mouth size). - The adhesive doesn't seem strong, but I haven't had the tape fall off or come off throughout the night. I love that it's secure yet extremely gentle on your skin. I also live in a very dry climate, which may be way this sticks so well. I'd be curious if people in a humid environment have a different experience. - No need to cover your entire mouth, and you can still breathe through your mouth. **Q: Can this be washed and reuse?**
A: Yes, after light use, can be reused 1 time after that it will not adhere properly.

**Q: I have cut on the bottom of my ring finger on the crease and side of finger and in between my finger? It is impossible to find a banaid for this area.**
A: Use this tape in the sacrum area to keep bandages in place.  It is wonderful works very well and is not irritating it is also easily removed.  Another point is that it can be reused if not soiled.   I guess you would need gauze and then the tape over the cut.   All I can say that the tape works very well for my situation. Good look an be well.

A: Soft silicone, gentle and doesn’t tear skin. No rubber or latex.

**Q: is this good for mouth tape sleeping?**
A: Yes, it is excellent for mouth taping!  I find that I can use the same piece of tape for many days, so it ends up being much less expensive than it appears.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Stop Mouth Breathing/Snoring

I am a dental assistant and Lab Tech. who works in a practice that specializes in SLEEP APNEA treatment. I made myself an oral devise for my sleep disorder that worked well. I need to make a new one but have not had the time to get it done. So ,meanwhile , I was looking for an alternative treatment to stop my mouth breathing. I've been told that it is loud and disruptive. I know that some of our patients even using the oral device have issues with mouth breathing. We recommend simply putting a piece of tape on the lips to hold them together gently thus forcing nose breathing . This is the most efficient way to breath. I searched through ALL the tape options and with the help of reviews discovered this tape brand. I have tried it with and without my oral sleep device .I am surprised to find that the tape works extremely well on it's own. This may not be the case with everyone! I have several occasions coming up to be sharing sleeping arrangements with friends. I believe that this may be my solution for allowing my room company to sleep soundly. LOL! As well as myself. It's simple and effective. And, not terribly embarrassing when I explain the reason for taping my mouth shut for bed time. In the video reviews they show that the tape can easily be removed and replaced if need be. For example I had to cough and get a drink of water in the middle of the night. I simply removed the tape and then replaced it . It held with the same strength and it does not leave any residue . I may not need to replace my oral sleep devise after all.
