**Q: Do I have to use chalk paint for the wax or can i use regular paint?**
A: You can use wax in many ways. We regularly use it on wood and metal. We've used it on chalk paint and milk paint. There is no reason you cannot use it with other types of paint. However, you may not get the look you were hoping for. If you are using a latex paint, you will have the best results with a flat paint rather than gloss.

**Q: Can this wax be used over an oil enriched enamel cabinet paint?**
A: NO, because the enamel is a HARD finish and it would not penetrate through it.

**Q: I have an old bedroom set that is dark wood.  i don't want to paint it; just rejuvenate it.  should i use dark or light wax? and what is prep?**
A: Dark and wipe it off quickly.  Do small area at a time.

**Q: How do I get the wax to not feel tacky?**
A: It is possible that too much wax was used, making it difficult for the wax to cure.  Use a dry cotton rag to rub off excess wax, turning the rag so that it is picking up the wax and not just moving it around.  Then use another clean cotton rag to buff.
