They look good and fit perfectly. They are 3 x 2 1/4. **Q: Are these bottles pre-washed?** A: I don't know but you always should wash before you use. **Q: how to you use the seal? how do you tighten it onto the bottle?** A: It is a cork that pops right into the bottle with a tight fit. I used the bottles for homemade Limoncello. They worked great. Not sure if they can be layed on their side without leaking but I didn't do that. I had my own personal labels made. I have a facebook cooking demostration called Hot Momma's Cooking Clips.
