Review: Love it for tightening my facial skin - I open one 100mg capsule and mix the powder with a small amount of water, apply on my face. It gets absorbed in right away. Then I cut up a soft gel of vitamin D3 and apply on my face, add a bit of water for easy spreading. (Vitamin D3 is for tissue repairing). I really feel my eye bags are much less visible and skin is tighter. I also do facial exercises which add to the good results.
