This be whirlpool was the most expensive washing machine I’ve ever bought. And was absolutly a waste of money! Ended up going with LG with a 5 year parts and labour guarantee. All the cycles have drying pre-programmed which is the opposite of what I would expect, I only want to dry bedding and towels so I had to put a stickie on it to remind me not to run through 4:15 hours of drying time, yes over 4 hours. A lot of the usual wash cycles (cottons, mixed, etc) run to almost 3 hours, what on earth is it doing for that long and how much is it costing to run. Amazon as always are amazing and will return it and pick it up.
