Review: Down home cooking! - I have had this cookbook for over 35 years. My mother gave it to me, however I have been using the recipes from it for over 40 years. The history that's in this book is interesting, and the food is really tasty! My favorite, as is my families, is the barbequed ribs, which I have been making since 1973. A wonderful addition for any cook!

I have had this cookbook for over 35 years. My mother gave it to me, however I have been using the recipes from it for over 40 years. The history that's in this book is interesting, and the food is really tasty! My favorite, as is my families, is the barbequed ribs, which I have been making since 1973. A wonderful addition for any cook!
