I am size 16 and am 5’7” 215 lbs and bought a size large. The only reason for a 4 instead of 5 stars is because I couldn’t take the chance of wearing it and needing to use the restroom because the slit is not big enough for every need and I would need help with my zipper of my dress to pull it down from my shoulders if I needed more access and I don’t want a bathroom break to be a two person job. If you need something to simply take pictures in, this is perfect because it hides everything and the legs aren’t so tight that you bulge underneath the hem. If you are needing it for a long event (in my case for a wedding) it is not convenient. A snap design like a baby’s onesie would have made this the perfect under garment. I do plan to wear it to small events where I think I won’t need the restroom because it does exactly what it says it does without pain. I was afraid it would be so constricting that I wouldn’t be able to pull it up or that once I had it on it would hurt, but it’s super easy to get on and off and you can’t really feel it once it’s on. It does minimize the bra area, so if you want definition, it will be gone.
