Hopefully this will be back in stock sooner than later! It is so easy to heat these meals up in a saucepan over medium heat for a few minutes. I haven't tried microwaving them because I prefer something heated evenly on the stovetop. All the meals were pleasantly flavorful with some spicier than others. I would say the heat level was medium or lower and they did not seem high in salt. These are a great way to increase lentils and beans in your diet. I served these over basmati rice I made in my rice cooker. At restaurants, it is more difficult, as there is only one bread that celiacs can eat. Because those are not usually offered, I have these at home. Excellent taste, and value.
