So, by the time we were getting them out, we noticed 4 parts weren't connected at all. The lights didn't work. It was past the refund date. Luckily, the seller DID IN FACT FULLY REFUND the lights. We already had to purchase others at Lowes that were more expensive, but we needed them to create our tree that looked like a candycane. I appreciate the refund. We will order from you in the future.
