One of the hardest to explain to the patients is the stage of their knees and how the product will prevent deterioration of the knees. The model is a great tool to show to the patients the mechanics vs. pictures and words. I like this model due to its presentation of the disease and the accompanying materials. Delivery was also okay. To improve, the picture of the product should be placed beside a normal sized object that will allow the prospective online buyer to decide whether the model is the right one.
