You have to boil it in hot water for 15 min each time after you use it to reset it. I have the Dex Grab and Go and this one. The advantage of this one is that there a handle on this with velcro that keeps the handle together so you can hang it on the stroller or hold it easily. The Dex cover is more malleable and I prefer that one but my nanny prefers this cover. The heating mechanism is a different shape too. This one has a circular part that goes under the bottle too but yet it is not as long as the Dex. All in all, the heating mechanism on this and the Dex one works about the same.

Additionally, I did some research on thermal properties of glass and plastic, and learned that glass conducts heat 10x more efficiently than plastic. Translation: contents will warm faster in a glass bottle than in a plastic one. It took about 30 minutes to make a fridge-cold bottle lukewarm and about 20 minutes for room temperature. PLAN AHEAD. If you are travelling, pop this warmer 30 minutes before you anticipate feeding your kid. I fed my baby with the bottle still inside the warming pack with sleeve. It's a little bulky and heavy, but the bottle stays warm that way. Going back to the thermal conductivity of glass - glass bottles cool off faster than plastic. So keep it in there while feeding or you won't be able to rewarm the bottle. It's worth it. Finally, back to planning ahead, these are one time use and you will have to reset them by boiling for 15 minutes at home. This is clearly laid out in the description. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Must boil in hot water to use

This is a one time use. You have to boil hot water to get the pack soft and liquified then you can take it on the go, when it's time to use you'll click a little button and the liquid will harden and heat. The bottle does get warm to room temperature not any hotter. Then it's done, if you want to warm another bottle you'll have to boil the pack again to get it liquified again. And we don't have a pot, water and a stove on the go, But it is great that there's no chord or battery needed. Great for a short trip.
