It is not especially challenging since the stickers are in sections for particular pages. It has a few mazes and some drawing/coloring activities. Nothing that would help with spelling or math. It will be a great gift for someone who loves playing with stickers or someone interested in reading animal facts. Great quality - pages are thick, good stickers, and the design and print is amazing. Update: I realized that I missed the book preview on this. Upgrading to 5 stars because it was my fault for not checking what was advertised and my son definitely had enough fun for the money I spent. I wish I'd found this when he was younger and obsessed with stickers.
