It works like it should. Unfortunately, it does cover your ears if you want it to stay on securely. In my experience, the material is quite rough and drys out the sides of my face to the point that my skin peels. I wrapped a scarf around the sides to fix that issue. Long story short, it's good quality with a strong velcro closure and it is worth the purchase. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ worked great for post chin lipo *by J***M on August 24, 2021* I appreciated having this item after my chin lipo, compressed very well and easy to wear overnight. I purchased it to wear after my chin lipo. It is made of good materials, but it's way too small.
