Product is an essential part of healing bruises, etc. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Helps with muscular pain *by R***O on 24 October 2020* This oil is great for relief of rheumatic, muscular pain, backache, fibrositis, sprains and bruising. Massage into the affected area to bring warmth and relief of pain help to prevent stiffening. It’s always recommended to mix pure oils with a carrier such as coconut, argan or olive oil as it’s less likely to cause irritation. It smells a bit like pine, quite pleasant and would be suitable for an oil burner. Very handy to have in the medicine cupboard and a decent price as well because you only need a drop or two each application.
