Review: My long search was rewarded! - I needed a heavy-duty flat-screen mount with a slightly-unusual range of motion. But it didn't appear that most - or at times, ANY mounts were available for my specific needs. Not only is this VIVO mount THE ONE, but - after using it for a couple of weeks, we're really happy with this one. I needed a mount which would work for a 50" screen, but would allow it to pull out from under a built-in cabinet and then cantilever the screen UP. Most mounts can't do this. But this VIVO cantilever mount has that range of motion, AND the ability to handle a screen this size (a Samsung which weighs just under 30 pounds.) Really easy to install, but in our case it was particularly easy as my home is a solid cedar log home. So - just carefully measured precisely where I'd need it for optimal clearance, bolted it in and that was that. It's strong, there's no give, it's clearly well-engineered and constructed - and after making tension adjustments, even my son and wife can easily manipulate it. Up, down, in - or back under the cabinet - and pivoting to optimal side-to-side angles for viewing from whatever seat in the room requires it, all easily done. All in all, I'm really REALLY pleased with this mount. And - it was very reasonably priced, too! Here's to happy viewing...my long search for the mount that would do all I needed ended VERY well. Bravo VIVO!
Review: Super good Matt high quality - Bought this amount for 50 inch TV in my RV as there’s very limited places to mount it and you’re adjustability up and down on this and weight adjustability is absolutely amazing love this amount I can aim it anywhere. I want in the RV and then even turn it around and set it on the bed so that if I’m ever driving the RV, it is not putting any stress on the TV or the mount or the wall.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Flexible mount capable of handling most modern TV's with a couple caveats.
*by C***H on November 25, 2018*

Overall, this mount accomplishes exactly what I wanted it to -- wall-mounting a 43" TV in my home office to use primarily as a computer monitor. It provides approx. 13" of vertical adjustment, which is helpful for accommodating a variety of desk/chair/person combinations, as well as providing the flexibility to install a larger display down the road without having to move the position of the wall mount. The adjustable gas spring makes moving the display easy (43" TCL TV which weighs just under 17lbs, 100x100 vesa), and it's turned down to maybe 1/4 of the adjustment range. Make sure you read the minimum display weights for the models of arms to ensure you're getting the right one (I had to pick the smaller option). Otherwise, it's a nice painted metal, seems durable, and is relatively easy to install. For those who are curious, the "center" of the vertical range of the mount roughly lines up with the top mounting hole on the wallplate -- I couldn't find any diagrams in the instructions on how to calculate this (for positioning the plate on the wall), and it's a little tough to gauge since the spring will keep the arm in it's full "up" position without weight on it. The biggest reason I knocked off a star is that the mount arm does twist/flex a bit with the display loaded on it. It's in no way in danger of breaking/falling, but it can make it difficult to align the display, especially with large monitors/TVs. This means you'll probably spend a good bit of time trying to get the display leveled properly for your desired positioning. You almost have to "pre-load" the bracket/mount before you tighten everything down -- but it is all easy enough to adjust and gives you plenty of wiggle room to straighten things up. Just have a bit of patience and you should be fine. The only other "gotcha" I'll mention is that the 2 arms (on either side of the joint) are not equal lengths -- this means with the arm fully collapsed against the wall, the display will be "off-center" (horizontally) by a couple inches in either direction. This isn't a fault, necessarily, but just a consideration you might need to consider with the product design.
