If that's true (I assume it will be close.), then there would be about 454 ml. If you have a can of the syrup, you can submerge it in water and measure how much the water rose in ml. Well, doing that, my can of Lyle's Golden Syrup displaced 400 ml, which I would think is close enough for government work.
