If you still can't get the attachment to fit into the hole, do this...Remove the collet nut completely. Then pull out the copper-colored insert (this is what you are supposed to put the stem into). Now, force the stem into the hole to open it up a little. Then pull the stem back out and reassemble the insert and collet nut, but don't tighten it yet. Push the stem into the insert. Now it should fit without any problems. Finally, tighten up the collet nut.Rather than typing out the same instructions you get in the box, or telling you to call customer service, Dana should have just told you how she finally got it to work. **Q: Where can I get new replacement bands?
