A: its multi use...keep it clean ..it comes with a plastic cover and put a plastic cover back on after every use. ..if adhesive get non stick after several uses ..than you can use any kind of physio-therapy ultrasonic gel ..to make it sticky purpose

I used to go for physiotherapy sessions on daily basis where I got treatment with Tens machine. I searched and found this product and started using it carefully.
