The majority of the time I wore it underneath my top.... it's pretty sleek and it was easily accessible when needing to get what I needed out / in. It still looks great after 2 weeks of wearing it daily. Now that I'm back home I plan to continue wearing it because there are times that I prefer not to wear a purse. The sleek design looks great when wearing on the outside of your clothing too! I also purchased one for my husband to wear during our vacation..... wasn't sure if he would actually use it but to my surprise he did. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great for traveling, but not frequent usage...

This was very tight and low profile against my body, and mostly comfortable, except for the belt after being strapped on for hours in a plane (but anything belted on would get uncomfortable I'd imagine.) It holds quite a bit off stuff before expanding outwards enough to lose its low profile and near invisible footprint under a shirt. The negatives I found with this is that the belt, and the belt buckle, are too narrow and small. The belt buckle is a little tricky to get attached, given the low profile and subtle contours of the buckle prongs. Once attached, it held in for my entire journey, but I could see how after a lot of use, it could either break or wear down enough not to buckle up. The belt itself is kind of thin and narrow, and after sitting down and standing up in certain situations, the entire pouch flips upside down (or rather reverses itself), due to the belt twisting easily. If the belt was wider and less flexible, this would probably not be as likely to happen as much. One thing about usage, and this may be just my perception; it is a little unwieldy to get into and out of frequently and easily, with the two zippers mainly being the issue. It seems to be more suited to occasional use, as using it requires the pouch to be exposed and displayed, which defeats the hidden feature. Overall, for the money, it's a great pouch, if you need a light and comfortable way to carry stuff with an unnoticeable footprint under your clothing. Use it frequently, and it starts to make less sense IMHO.
